Palace Builders continues to make progress on our Belmont III Project in Bethel Township, Delaware County.

The project consists of three ground-up, 26-unit, 55+ residential buildings, along with all associated site improvements and infrastructure.

Concrete work is now underway on Building A, and it’s great to see the first building coming out of the ground.

We're Done!

Another successful project delivered by Palace Builders.

Congratulations to DPD on the Grand Opening of The Hawthorn, a 102-unit apartment community that will provide quality housing and contribute to the continued growth of the neighborhood.

Framing is up, and momentum is building.

Our latest project is taking shape as a 100,000-square-foot, 94-unit multi-story apartment building with amenity spaces designed for modern living.
