Front elevation complete.
This Leicester home is getting close to the finish line, and the exterior design is now fully visible.
The combination of light board-and-batten siding, black windows, black trim, warm wood steps, and the modern roofline gives the home a clean, contemporary mountain look.
The goal was to keep the exterior simple, balanced, and practical while still giving the house a strong architectural character.

The house is taking shape.
After the foundation work, we moved into the framing stage. Walls are up, the structure is growing, and the project is starting to look like the home that was planned on paper.
This stage is where the layout, openings, roof structure, and overall shape of the house become real. Good framing sets the foundation for everything that comes next.
We’ll keep sharing the progress as this Leicester project moves forward.

From Plans to Construction
The Leicester project is officially underway.
After the planning stage, our crew began preparing the site for the new home — layout, excavation, grading, and foundation preparation.
This is the stage where the drawings start becoming a real structure. Careful site preparation is important because everything that follows depends on getting the elevations, footprint, and foundation work right from the beginning.
We’ll continue sharing the progress as this home takes shape.

New Project Starting in Leicester, NC
Our client came to us with plans for his new home and a clear vision for how he wants to complete the project.
Our scope is to build the home to the agreed construction stage, including the main structure and exterior shell, while the homeowner plans to complete much of the interior work himself.
This is where every project begins: plans, measurements, coordination, and a clear construction strategy.
We’re excited to start bringing this home from drawings to reality and will share the progress along the way.

Warm minimalism with natural materials.

This interior concept was created around warmth, comfort, and a calm modern lifestyle.

The design combines natural wood, ceramic surfaces, soft textiles, pastel tones, and clean architectural lines. Decorative lighting, wall panels, accent elements, and thoughtful details create a cozy and emotional atmosphere inside the home.

The kitchen, lounge area, dining space, and bedroom are designed to feel connected, harmonious, and welcoming. Natural materials and soft colors make the interior feel modern, warm, and comfortable for everyday living.

This is a home concept where beauty meets function — simple, elegant, peaceful, and inviting.
