I have grown over 1000 pounds of food in the first year of production of building the garden entirely from scratch starting in March.

A 40’ x 40’ garden this is real numbers on spending an average of 5 to 6 hours per week.

This is one of the best strategies that I’ve ever had in really creating a productive garden.

One of my favorite ways of doing this this year was planting my kale underneath my tomatoes so when my tomatoes are done producing, I have my kale to grow throughout the winter.
