🔨 Sometimes the most important work is the stuff you'll never see when the job is finished.

Today our crew was busy tackling some water damage around an exterior chimney chase.

Over time, water had found its way in and caused some of the wood underneath to rot. We started by carefully removing the damaged materials, exposing the problem areas, and repairing the affected framing before beginning the rebuilding process.

It's not always the glamorous side of construction, but it's some of the most important work we do.

Covering up a problem doesn't fix it. We believe in taking the time to address what's underneath and doing the job right.

From a small patio to a whole new outdoor living space. 🔨☀️

We took an underused backyard area and created a large, functional deck that gives these homeowners significantly more room to relax, entertain, and enjoy their property. New decking, stairs, railings, lattice and plenty of attention to the details that make the finished project look like it belongs with the home.

📅 Our deck schedule is already FULL for the remainder of this year AND Spring 2027.
