Last night, after-hours while out with her family, she went to a customer's home, carried a ladder upstairs, and climbed into an attic to retrieve a technician's phone that was left behind! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, along with the entire Modern mechanical Family of services, are the first people we recommend to our real estate clients when they either preparing a home for sale or call us when a problem arises. They are responsive, reasonably priced, and very flexible with appointment times. the service is always outstanding!
They came in yesterday to replace garbage disposal. While doing so, repeatedly dropped the disposal into the cabinet...after they left, we discovered that they cut off the water supply pipes to a VERY expensive Gold Ionizer machine - water purification system. Customer service gives us run around and refuse to fix. They said “We take statements from our repairmen only”. BTW. When they left, we realized that they couldn’t even figure out how to turn electric off while working on replacement. It was on, the whole time! Very incompetent! Do NOT hire. hire at your own risk. Poor customer service.
