There aren't enough words to describe this absolutely extraordinary home we just built at the Reserve at Fairfax Farms. This home has so many unique and custom finishes unlike anything we have done before. We took the traditional first floor In-Law Suite and transformed it into an incredible Billiards Room which truly is the showpiece of this home. The Billiards Room has custom real wood flooring, floor to ceiling wainscot, gas fireplace, built in library shelves with a 10 foot sliding ladder, sliding glass barn style doors, true wood beamed ceiling and is surrounded by distinctive black windows.
