At this time, a copy of the survey/plot plan will be requested in order to evaluate the property's perimeter, setbacks, easements, etc. We will then perform a site analysis which includes photographs, sketches and measurements of any necessary dimensions & elevations. After the initial consultation, Strommen Landscape Architecture, LLC will design & develop a conceptual design. All specifications of the project will be laid out accordingly. Our goal is to provide a creative yet practical design to enhance the overall aesthetic of the property. The client will then have the opportunity to make revisions to the design layout. Finally, we will ship to you a finalized hand rendered blueprint along with a plant list specifying all species, quantities, and recommended purchase sizes. The blueprint we provide serves as a tool to accurately price out and install your custom design by the contractor of your choice. In the end, our designs will provide a visual layout prior to construction and potentially even save you money in the long run.
