I think saying 'tight squeeze' is an understatement! With the correct process, this raccoon was removed with a hands-off approach. While it's not always 100% successful, it is ideal to try for the ease of pressure on the critter.

After successfully removing the woodchuck with live trapping the job was followed up with some nice AAC Distributing LVG deck exclusion. Great product for a beautiful home.

1800 Condo has some great stories to tell if it could talk. It was also a condo for some critters. Did some serious updating on the exclusion work. The project is nearing its end. Grandfather used to say finish the job as strong as you start it.

This cleanup was a huge success. Rolling around this crawl space with a mini stool scooter brought back memories of Mario Kart. I am beyond happy with the result, and so is the customer.
