The washer would shake violently.
We found out that there was rot under the washer so we pulled it out,
Removed all the rot and sturdied the heck out of the floor.
We then insulated it and installed the plywood to get ready for floor installation… that’s not going anywhere and we did it all rather quickly!

Turning lemons to lemonade is exactly what we do sometimes! Just starting the project was the hardest part because we’ve been busy with other things. It could wait no longer.

Holy crap on a cracker, this is my own shed. The “shoemakers wife has no shoes” or something like that.
I think it’s almost as old as the house which is well over 100. It’s been eaten up since before we’ve moved here and now it’s time for it to go. Thankfully the house was under a robust termite contract the shed was not and it’s actually been eaten up for many a year!
So if I tear this down and build a pole barn I know y’all gonna try and go up on my tax. Better not, y’all better account for the loss of space here that I have to replace!

Rush job before closing. A Realestate person, (we are never sure if we should use the persons name or not) asked if we could rush this one out so we did! We can’t always fit a small job in like that at the spur of the moment, but many times we can due to rain and little gaps in the schedule. It just depends on how backed up we are at the time and if we can do it we sure will! Timing is everything. Call now for your painting project!

The Realestate people are great. We got with this one lady a few years ago and systematically fixed up and sold 4 houses in a row and let me
Say, they had no problem selling any one of them! We had to slow down working for them because the houses were all over the country side and it was a lot of away work for me so it was tons of traveling but it was also very fun to do! Especially because we worked well together with her picking out the finishes and paying for it all and let me do what I do with the remodeling ideas and structure she largely just gave us the reigns for the most part she pointed and clicked, an I was able to do what I do,
and I would do again if the situation was right!
Painting is fun!

This lady,(we never are sure if we should use the persons name) a really great customer, wanted new French doors and a little bit of a cover so we did this super simple design and gave here a 8’ by 6’ awning. That’s all she wanted, But now I think she wants that all down the side and to replace the awning she already has. She likes the wood look better and I don’t blame her. Let’s go!
