They didn't tell her right away. Throughout demo, our crew quietly set aside original wood salvaged from this carriage house — through three dumpsters worth of debris — and used it to build this custom little door, tucked under the stairs in the livingroom. "We have a surprise for you!" There's something special about carrying a piece of the old into the new.

From horsebarn and carraige house to stunning ADU 🏡 This carriage house needed serious tender loving care — we repaired the foundation underneath, and gave it a brand new sill to sit on and that was only the beginning. The result? A gorgeous new primary suite, guest room, and living space.
