We’d like to take a moment to remind everyone that we are a small, locally owned and owner-operated business.
Our company consists of two full-time owners and one part-time owner. We don’t have a large office staff, dedicated receptionists, project managers, or separate crews for every aspect of the business. We are the people answering the phones, preparing estimates, ordering materials, scheduling jobs, handling paperwork—and most importantly, we are also the ones physically out on the job sites doing the work.
Because of this, we kindly ask for a little patience and understanding. We do our very best to return calls and messages, provide estimates, keep projects moving, and respond to concerns as quickly as possible. Sometimes that may not happen immediately, especially while we are actively working on another customer’s home.
We also want to be very clear about something: we are human, and mistakes can happen. When we make a mistake, we will acknowledge it, take full accountability for it, and do our best to make it right. We believe that’s part of running an honest and reputable business.
What we ask in return is basic courtesy and respect. There is never a need to be rude, condescending, or disrespectful when bringing a concern to our attention. We are always willing to have a conversation and work toward a solution, but we expect to be treated with the same respect that we give our customers.
Every customer and every project matters to us. Being a small business means we take great pride in our work and personally stand behind what we do, but it also means there are only so many hours in a day.
We truly appreciate the customers who are patient, communicate respectfully, and understand what goes into operating a small business. We will always take responsibility when we get something wrong—but kindness, patience, and respect should go both ways.
