We re-leveled out the roof post on one side (it's a older house and the base of it sank) we went further and cut this foundation post down an inch and a half. Then resealed the roof with spray on rubberizer that completely seal it. It is good for at least 10 years. We double sprayed it so it should be good for a lot longer so the roof does not leak.

Currently upgrading a house in keystone heights. It was a fire hazard. The boxes are grounded but the receptacles were not nor the switches. I picked till behind all the receptacles so that if one goes out the entire circuit is not break. I had to remake every single ground wire because these yahoos over here in countryland didn't know what they were doing. (Look at the last picture this was in the bathroom and not on a GFI.) The only good thing this house had going for it was it had 10 gauge wire throughout the receptacles and 12 gauge throughout the lights. Somebody went a little overboard there but that's a good thing! There must have been three different electricians here because I've seen three different styles on how everything was done then really none of were what up to code. This is about a month job and we have taken down a couple walls and we have built a couple walls next comes the plastering and painting before I can finish electrical. I don't have any pictures but I also did the shop or second detached garage from the house. I'm just happy it's not a fire hazard anymore 💯👍‼️

I am doing a
renovation of an old house in keystone heights. There was 10 gauge wire throughout the entire house for receptacles with no grounds all the light wiring was 12 gauge instead of 14. I pigtailed everything and grounded it to the device everything is grounded and I redid everything for the switches and junction boxes also. I almost completely rewired the entire house and added walls and fans and replaced a couple breakers. One breaker I replaced with so old it was before or during one of the last wars it was aluminum wiring. Lol

Imagine part of the foundation of your house is washed away! For this job I was filling in sand that was washed away for a beach house on the sand dunes. The barriers fell apart after some years and because of some good rains last year the house was in danger (north side). I built New wooden barriers and then spent two days filling it in with sand. Not technical just hard work.
