If Wisconsin weather was a person, it would definitely say “might rain a little” right before a thunderstorm with sideways wind. 😂

Finished up another duplex apartment roofing project with a full GAF roofing system in Charcoal, and this one came out clean. We replaced damaged decking where needed and installed GAF WeatherWatch, FeltBuster synthetic underlayment, starter, shingles, and ridge cap so the entire roofing system works together the way it should.

Another roof built to handle Wisconsin weather the right way. Huge shoutout to the crew for the hard work and attention to detail from tear-off to final cleanup.

Some roofs just need shingles… this one needed therapy too 😂😂😂

Another one getting done here in Whitehall. Full tear off, full system, and a lot more work underneath than people usually see from the ground. We ended up replacing 7 sheets of decking to make sure everything was solid, even, and ready to last. That’s the part most people never notice, but it’s one of the biggest parts of doing a roof the right way.

We installed a full GAF roofing system in Charcoal with WeatherWatch ice and water shield, two rows for extra protection, FeltBuster synthetic underlayment, GAF starter shingles all around, GAF ridge cap, new flashing work, and cleaned up all the problem areas from the old roof. No shortcuts, no patchwork stuff, just doing it right from the decking up.

Really proud of the crew on this one. One duplex down and looking clean. Appreciate everyone that trusts Solid Exteriors with their homes and properties.

Most people only see the shingles. We see the whole roofing system that protects the building underneath it all.

This apartment complex in Galesville got a full GAF - Roofing Timberline HDZ roofing system installed, along with GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment, WeatherWatch ice and water shield, Pro-Start starter shingles, and matching GAF ridge cap shingles to complete the system the right way. We also replaced damaged roof decking where needed to make sure everything had a solid foundation before the new roof went on.

Projects like this are all about doing the little things right. Clean rooflines, proper prep work, quality materials, and making sure the property is protected for the long run. Appreciate the owners for trusting Solid Exteriors with the project.

Crazy what new siding can do for a house. This place in Arcadia went from faded and tired looking to clean, sharp, and completely refreshed.

We installed Norandex Cedar Knolls siding in Deep Water, new soffit and fascia, wrapped the windows, put on new seamless gutters, and coated the exposed foundation with Sherwin-Williams concrete paint. The white trim against the darker siding really tied everything together and gave the home a whole new look without changing the character of it.

Definitely one of those projects where the before and after speaks for itself. Appreciate the homeowners trusting us with their home.

From two small windows to one massive view. What a difference.

This project in Sparta completely changed the feel of the home. We removed two smaller windows, opened up the wall, reframed the opening, and installed this beautiful 9-foot window setup for a cleaner look, more natural light, and a much more open feel inside and out. These are the kind of projects that take real planning and precision to make it look like it was always meant to be there. Proud of the Solid Exteriors crew for knocking this one out.

Not every home needs to be torn apart to look brand new.

Sometimes the structure is solid and it just needs the right finish. A good exterior paint job can completely change a home when it’s done right. We use Sherwin-Williams products so it holds up through weather and doesn’t fade out in a year. It’s all about knowing when to replace and when to restore.
