60 squares going down, including deck replacement where needed. Full GAF roofing system from top to bottom, finished with GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. Making sure everything underneath is solid before the new roof goes on.

Us 20 minutes later: “WHO INSTALLED THIS THING, TEMU?!” 😂😂💀

A few surprises under the shingles, some new decking, and she’s back together looking CLEAN.

We finished her off with a full GAF roofing system — all GAF products from top to bottom. 👌🔥

Quick correction—we originally said 56, but the official count is 52 Gerkin windows! Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be getting them installed and giving these properties a whole new look. Stay tuned for the transformation!

Some contractors leave a yard sign. Apparently we just move in.

We’ve been back to this property so many times, the neighbors probably think we’re on the lease. 😂

First, we installed a new roof with a complete GAF - Roofing system.

Then we came back and completely changed the look with Sherwin-Williams Inky Blue exterior paint. 🎨

And apparently we haven’t overstayed our welcome yet, because in the next few weeks we’ll be back AGAIN to install new Gerkin windows. 😂
