This new construction crawlspace is ready for the next phase after completing:

✔️ Porch backfill and compaction
✔️ Moisture barrier installation

Thinking about putting down new sod or upgrading to a privacy fence, but troublesome trees are in the way? That’s exactly what we tackled on this recent project!

We cleared the way along the property line by handling:

-Tree Removal: Took down large, unhealthy trees along the fence line that were dropping hazardous limbs.
-Stump Grinding: Ground the stumps down below grade to eliminate the heavy root systems that were choking out the yard.
-Fence Removal: Tore down the old chain-link fence line to get everything prepped and ready for their new privacy fence

The constant shade and massive roots from those old trees were preventing grass from growing well. Now, the property line is perfectly cleared, leveled, and ready for a brand-new privacy fence and a beautiful, healthy new lawn to go right in!
