Just a reminder to homeowners. Air Conditioners installed in Wisconsin typically have a design temperature of 90F. That means when we get the crazy days we have right now it may not be able to cool your home to 68-70F.

Our hearts go out to all affected by the flooding. This may be a scary time for you, but just know that people are there to help. We have had a lot of questions into our office about if a partial/fully submerged air conditioner, furnace, or water heater is safe to operate. We put together a lot of helpful tips on a page.
