Our hearts go out to all affected by the flooding. This may be a scary time for you, but just know that people are there to help. We have had a lot of questions into our office about if a partial/fully submerged air conditioner, furnace, or water heater is safe to operate. We put together a lot of helpful tips on a page. Customer or not, if you have questions or need advice, we are happy to help in whatever way we can.

The way we rate Air Conditioners is changing. We will stay on top of information to keep you compliant!

If you run into any furnace issues start with these three things:

1. Check if your thermostat has batteries and if they haven't been changed in a while, swap them out.
2. Check the outdoor exhaust for your furnace (and sometimes water heater if power vented) make sure you clear snow and give it a good 3ft around it to breathe properly. If the furnace breathe it will not operate for your safety.
3. Check that your furnace air filter has been changed. When a filter starts getting plugged, the furnace will get too hot and shut itself off on a temperature limit. It can also "short cycle".

If that doesn't solve it, we are here for you.
