Sometimes the best repair is solving the root cause of the problem.

A customer contacted us because his tram would sit in the water during high tide, exposing critical components to accelerated corrosion and creating long-term reliability concerns.

After evaluating the system, we developed a permanent solution that included:

• Removing the last 15 feet of track
• Sandblasting and applying a two-part epoxy coating for superior corrosion protection
• Fabricating and installing a new cable return bracket
• Installing a new header board between the pilings to provide additional structural support

The result was a cleaner, stronger, and more reliable system that now operates smoothly without concerns during high tide events.
