📣SERVICE SPOTLIGHT: DRAINAGE SOLUTIONS💧

WazerCon LLC is a multifaceted company and able to assist property owners in numerous aspects to help them achieve their property goals.

Today we are highlighting a drainage issue we rectified in Andover, CT. The homeowner contacted us and explained he already had a drainage system in place, however was getting significant pooling in his yard. To identify the specific problem area, we ventured in with an inspection camera and discovered a section of compromised pipe that had been crushed- along with other sections that had been infiltrated with roots and organic materials that inhibited water flow.

We were able to remove all of the old pipe in that area, installed a clean out/inspection point, and replaced/re routed the drainage to an alternate end point on the property to avoid excessive vehicle traffic exposure and provide better pitch to keep water moving. Part of the reason his existing system failed was because the pipe wasnt rated to be driven over, so we made sure to install schedule 40 pipe in the area with vehicle traffic.
