This is what I have recently flushed out of a hot water heater so I am suggesting that everyone drain and flush their hot water heater once a year! Of course the manufacturer doesn't tell you to do this but I believe it is essential in maintaining a healthy and efficient hot water heater and it will add years to the Life of your hot water heater!

Being a independent business owner is really getting to be difficult!
Don't forget the little guy who is struggling to put food on the table when you hire someone to do a job for you or even where you shop! Leave the big box stores alone! Remember it's the little guy who built this country! The people who own the little mom and pop store down the road are more likely to help you when you are in a bind than the big box store will ever do!
