What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different. Our work includes:

* Commercial site development
* Custom home excavation and site prep
* Road building and grading
* Underground utility installation (water, sewer & storm)
* Septic system installation
* Subdivision development
* Mass excavation, trenching, finish grading, and material handling

We're Looking For People Who

* Have experience operating excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, graders, rollers, or similar equipment
* Show up on time and ready to work
* Care about quality and safety
* Work well with a team
* Want to learn, improve, and build a long-term career

**CDL and GPS machine control experience are a plus—but not required.**

🚧🚧This week we took on the task of upgrading a septic system for an Airbnb property right here in the Matsu valley. This upgrade consisted of pulling out the old 1250 gallon tank and upgrading it with a brand new 2000 gallon tank. It also consisted of a 25 ft extension on the existing deep trench leach field.
