100% sealed with Huber Engineered Woods liquid flashing. Proving a waterproofe barrier and airtight seal.

Combination of Zip tape and Moistop flashing tape to waterproof the window opening. Leaving a 1/16 gap below window for any water to drain out and able to dry out.

Double layer of Paper and lath as required by IRC for stucco cladding applications.

Finishing addition.

Layers exposed.
