We’re looking for one experienced post-frame carpenter to join our crew.

We’re looking for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a solid crew.

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in post-frame construction
• Reliable and ready to work
• Able to read plans and work independently
• Takes pride in quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Works well with a crew

Pay based on experience.

We have plenty of work lined up and are looking for the right guy to join RW BUILDS.

In just a couple of weeks, we’ll be breaking ground on another exciting project—an 80’ × 168’ × 18’ post frame building.

Every project is a chance to prove why our customers trust RW BUILDS. From setting the first post to standing the last piece of steel, we’re committed to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and building it right the first time.

This site may be quiet today, but it won’t be for long. We can’t wait to watch this building take shape and share every step of the journey with you.

🇺🇸 Happy Fourth of July from RW BUILDS 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate the freedom we enjoy, the opportunities we’ve been given, and the incredible country we’re proud to call home.

But before the fireworks light up the sky and families gather to celebrate, we take a moment to remember the brave men and women who made it all possible. Their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering love for this nation secured the freedoms we often take for granted. Freedom has never been free.

At RW BUILDS, we’re proud to build in the greatest country on Earth. We believe in hard work, faith, family, and the values that make America strong. We’re grateful for those who have served, those who continue to serve, and especially those who gave everything so the rest of us could live free.
