Meet Barry from the KEP team! ⚡️

We’re kicking off a new series, taking you behind the scenes of our latest projects and this one is with Fischer Homes in Ludlow KY

Follow along as we tackle both electrical and HVAC work on Fischer Homes’ first commercial property. Stay tuned for weekly progress updates as this exciting project comes to life!

Almost 400 units. Six stories. One S-shaped building going up in Grandview Yard.

Parkline is one of the bigger residential projects in Central Ohio right now, and our crew is on site handling the electrical work. Residential units, first-floor commercial space, two courtyards, and a full parking garage. That's a lot of wire, a lot of panels, and zero room for shortcuts.

This is the kind of work we love. Big scope, tight schedule, done right the first time.

Proud to help power what's next for Grandview Yard.

Our KEP TEAM

Thank you all for your service today.

It was a pleasure working alongside each of you as we honored those who lost their lives on September 11th, 25 years ago. Your dedication and commitment to supporting this meaningful event are truly appreciated.

What a great way to give back to our community and remember those affected by that tragic day.

Looking ahead to next year, Brian has already secured two tables, volunteered to serve as Grand Marshal, and even promised to bring his own bullhorn!

Thank you again for making today a success.

Thank you to our wonderful host:
