Just Picked up off the discount shelf at harbor freight, be sure to oil daily. So cheap I could not pass it up i will probably throw this in the hands of the trainees. No excuses here.

Digging trenches for sewer lines pulled these out of the ground anybody know what they stand for and where they are from. The trench is located in Alton IL. They had to be underground for 40 or 50 years. Paint held up well.

Here is a rough draft of a duplex I am in the works of getting site plans drawn up for.
I am building this in Alton IL.
This is my first build ever.
I would like feedback from any body in the industry.

Can this work?
Who should I work with?
This will be sent to an architect. I am sure all my doubts will be relinquished with hope and direction.
