That time we were trying to level out and fill the pot holes in our driveway with the kids as a family! I couldn't stop laughing after adding this sound which we DON'T own the rights to! Has anyone seen that old Disney movie Holes? Lol the kids did have fun!

Hello friends! I just wanted to give a little insight on another part of our journey.
So the house on the property we moved into is a fixer upper farm house for sure! It needs quite a bit of work done to be complete, but we are so excited and blessed to be able to do it ourselves with our bare hands and make it however we want! Learning along the way how to do many things.
I did keep track with photos and some short videos of some things we have already fixed up or renovated ourselves.
I will share everything as we go and when I figure out how to edit and put together videos! 🏡🦺🛠

Welcome to our family's Homestead Journey!
We are the Bosman Family Farm, your local BFF!✨️
We hope to document our road to living off the land and caring for farm animals.
When we moved in there were over 30 country cats that live outside around the house and property. Our neighbor had 3 chickens and a rooster that are free range, they go to the house on the other side of our property along with ours.
They started staying mainly at our house eating with the cat when we would feed them, they started sleeping on the ramp rail in the back which doubled as a roosting bar for them!
We didn't try to keep them but they loved staying here, so our neighbor ended up letting us know we can have them since they don't want to leave lol
We have 2 children, 2 dogs 12 chickens and 20 outdoor cats!🤗
We have 9 chicks waiting for us to finish building a chicken coop for them, they are to cute!
We do plan on adding more animals to our family and starting a big garden❤️
We are not experienced in farming or gardening but we are excited to learn and show everyone our learning journey!✨️
I eventually want to open a roadside farm stand filled with things we grow, make and bake here on the farm! Including our chicken's eggs❤️
