Final phase: The last part to this project we replaced the whole front beem. Of the porch. They originally had 2 2x12 screwed together. We got rid of that, upgraded to 2x8 replaced the post due to rotting also used true to size 4x4 post. We then added a fresh coat of paint. Then for final we installed a gutter.

Phase 2: in this phase we were only supposed to repair the right side 2x6 as it was rotted at the bottom, but instead we decided to replace all the 2x6 around the garage as it all was in rough shape. We then added a fresh coat of paint to eliminate the green.

Thank you to Melissa! She is our first customer that I have not know and reached out through facebook. She does live out of state but gave me her full trust to help her with their Airbnb. Tha ac unit she had in her comfy beautiful casita had went out, the shower was draining slow and the fountain definitely needed cleaning. But we were able to assist her and got everything going and cleaned up.

Replaced the flooring in this bedroom. The floor was warped really bad due to a water heater line busting and flooding it out. This is a rental so the owner did not want to replace the hardwood. We did do laminate flooring. I think this flooring is beautiful.

We forgot before pictures. Sorry. But we shifted the fence back 2 feet so the customer could park the truck in back and feel its safe. The guys then built a small wood fence and painted it. The guys did a good job on this!
