This one was a full rebuild, not just a new roof.

A year ago, this New Mexico home came to us with a major leak, dry rot, and even mold that needed a specialist brought in. So we went all the way down: complete tear-off, replaced the rotted decking and some of the rafters, then rebuilt it right. New valleys with ice and water shield underneath, sealed and reflashed penetrations, new drip edge with ice-dam protection running three feet up, plus new vents, skylights, ridge, and AC box.

When the damage goes deeper than the surface, patching won't cut it, you fix what's underneath, then build back stronger.
