Say hello to our smallest office dog —Pepper! 🐾

Pepper is a Toy Poodle mix, who likes to meet people and build new skills. She specializes in roofing and looks forward to her next project!

Other than looking cute, Pepper is also learning how to play catch and enjoys a long siesta nap. She loves visiting the office, seeing her friends, and sharing snacks. 🐶🦴

Long weekends are Pepper’s favorite where she can spend time with family and take walks to the park with her big brother, Donny!

Construction has begun for the Kykotsmovi Community Center!

This 5,600 square foot building will provide a large multi-purpose space and kitchen, multipurpose rooms, computer lab, administrative space, support spaces and site amenities for the Hopi Tribe.

Project spotlight: The Keres Children’s Learning Center is going into construction! Buffalo Design Architects is teamed up with on this exciting
Design-Build project.

The school, about 6,200 gross square feet, will soon be the new home of the KCLC Montessori - style school, which focuses on the Keres Language and emphasizes the Cochiti Culture. The school includes 4 classrooms, a multipurpose living space and kiva fire place, kitchen, administrative spaces, and new parking, with plans for a future Phase 2 addition.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on March 31st and Tribal leadership, Enterprise Builders, KCLC leadership, parents and children were all in attendance for the joyous occasion. Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and Channel 7 news were also in attendance for the special occasion to put a spotlight on the importance of education and maintaining traditional language and culture in New Mexico. Project completion is estimated for Winter of 2026.
