It is very difficult to design and build a truly affordable home. We hear it time and time again as home prices continue to rise. We are starting a 1100 sq. ft. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home that will only cost $154,900 complete. That’s affordable!

We are really liking how this color combination is coming together - the grey finish on the floor, the wash on the cabinets and the new granite top. It all works together!
