Had a new water heater installed yesterday. No complaints on the work that was done, the men that did the work were friendly. However, didn't quite understand why they sent "two" men out to remove and install the same unit that we purchased from them 20 months ago, that had gone bad. When this same unit was installed 20 months ago, they had sent out one man to do the job and he seemed to get along just fine and had the job completed in 3 hours. Just beware or ask up front, before hiring them to do a job for you, that you know, in advance, that if they're sending out "two" men that they are going to charge you $70.00 an hour for one man and at least $35.00 an hour for the second man. So, in finding out the "hard way", we ended up paying $420.00, just in labor for "4" hours of work, because of them sending out "two" men to do the work ! Not happy that we didn't know this "up front" !!
