We recently wrapped up the Fellowship Hall project for Bronson First Baptist just in time for the holidays, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have been part of something that will serve this community for years to come.

This project wouldn’t have been possible without the work of our subcontractors and our dedicated team — their craftsmanship, collaboration, and attention to detail brought this space to life.

We’re honored to help create a place where people can gather, connect, and grow together.

This dynamic renovation of a mid-1960s Gainesville home is a challenging project we are excited to get underway. The 3,500 SF space will be transformed through modern design, while maintaining its vintage character.

Happy Wednesday! 🌟 We're excited to introduce you to another one of our amazing team members today, Scott Basci.

Scott serves in the role of Assistant Construction Manager at Forge Integrated and is an integral part of managing our work in the field. His primary role is to support the administration of subcontracts and to help coordinate project workflow to keep our projects moving according to schedule. Scott excels at problem solving in the field and his commitment to quality control is appreciated by both our subcontractors and our clients.

Previously, Scott worked in the security field in both sales and technician roles. In addition to his role with Forge Integrated, Scott and his wife Abby are also a husband/wife real estate team selling both residential and commercial properties in the Gainesville area. We are glad to have Scott a part of the Forge Integrated team!

Project Spotlight: Canopy Premier Covered Storage 🏗

We're excited to highlight one of our standout past projects—Canopy Premier Covered Storage—a state-of-the-art 5-acre vehicle storage facility designed with all your recreational vehicle, boat, trailer, and equipment storage needs in mind!

Forge began consulting for this project back in 2020, providing proforma analyses and documents to support financing prequalification. In 2022, Phase 1 of construction kicked off, featuring more than 39,000 SF of covered storage, new amenities, drainage systems, utility infrastructure, and 3 acres of paved parking.

We’re proud to have played a key role in bringing this facility to life, helping to make RV and boat storage more accessible! 🏗️

With a Bachelor's degree from The University of Akron, Melanie brings a wealth of experience in customer service, business administration, financial accounting, and project management. She excels at organizing and resourcing all aspects of Forge’s business operations, ensuring that everything is in perfect alignment to achieve success.

Melanie plays a critical role in integrating the needs of our team with the infrastructure we need to thrive. Her ability to build strong relationships with clients and strategic resources is a key part of what makes our team so successful.

When she’s not busy at work, Melanie loves spending time with her family—she’s all about that work-life balance!
