Our lake house project has made some dramatic changes in the last few weeks. Primer, paint, cabinetry, and trim are well underway inside. A two story deck and covered porch, and completion of the metal roof have been the outside activities. Things are really taking shape!

Another productive few weeks have passed at our latest build. Drywall has been taped,sanded, primed, ceilings painted, and walls have seen their first coat of paint. Long awaited sliders and garage doors have been installed, and the weather has cooperated to allow the installation of more siding!

It’s the details you don’t see that matter! We recently had a blower door air leakage test performed on our completed log home project. Our crew took such great care in sealing all the components through the assembly process that the inspector was blown away with the results! We had less than 1/6th the allowable air leakage…near impossible for a log home. Looking great is good but being energy efficient as well is better!
