A little change of pace with this small comercial project 🔨

We removed the existing beams and replaced it with new, widder beams giving it structure and support and added a layer of ice and water shield for extra protection to prevent any water leaks from framing, decking and reinstalling the existing sheet metal I'm happy with how this one turned out

A fresh update to a classic Jack & Jill bathroom 🔨

For this remodel, we removed the old fiberglass tub and replaced it with tile, giving the space a cleaner, more modern finish.

Jack & Jill bathrooms are a great way to make a home more versatile and efficient allowing two bedrooms to share one functional bathroom while maximizing space.

Been a crazy week. Youngsville job is a wrap(after photos coming soon) concrete poured for porch, flooring job started and pic today is another job finishing up. Gutted and redoing a living quarters for a local oilfield company.
