Tirupati Team proudly established Nkumba Hostel in 2009, to provide accomodation for both Girls and Boys. The hostel buildings are located in the center of Entebbe City. Hostel ccomodations are available to college students who are far from their home. The Hostel comprises of clean rooms as well as a big compound for physical outdoor activities.

Tirupati Mazima Mall again proves that peoples comfort is the most prior aim for the Team, and is the best example of a community centre with Restaurants, Banks, Supermarket and several other businesses besides a convenient parking space that is sufficiently able to accommodate over 200 vehicles. Tirupati Mazima Mall is a four-floor mall that consists over 297 retail shops. This mall has created jobs for hundreds of Ugandans and has changed the skyline in Kampala.

It is located along Ggaba road, Kampala Opposite American Embassy.

It was an absolute honor and pleasure to have His Excellence Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and First Lady Janet Kataaha Museveni inaugurating our first project Tirupati Ovino Mall located in mengo kisenyi in 2008. The mall consists of over 350 units and the first shopping mall to start a condominium concept in the Republic of Uganda.
