We have successfully completed the design documentation for a smart home system installation in a 110m² private apartment in Kyiv, Ukraine.
In this project, we plan to implement the full functional range and spectrum of automation capabilities using the Loxone Smart Home system, specifically:
✔ Lighting Control: 48V track systems/24V 2700K-6500K LED strips, and spot lights;
✔ Climate Control System, which will include automatic management of nine Isan Termo FRT (Czech Republic) trench convectors, four GREE (China) indoor air conditioning units, four zones of Nexans (Norway) electric heated floors, six Torro (Poland) electric curtain tracks, and four window roller blinds;
✔ Security: Access control, intruder alarm, notifications, and a water leak protection system;
✔ Control of blinds, curtains, and household appliances;
A variety of automation scenarios and voice control;
