New faces, new beginnings—welcome to Tanzania!
On August 16, CCCC Tanzania Branch welcomed four new colleagues. The branch greeted them at the airport with flowers and a warm welcome, celebrating their arrival after a long journey from China. From the moment they set foot in Tanzania, they officially became part of the CCCC Tanzania Branch.
A new chapter has begun, and new stories are waiting to be written. We look forward to seeing our new colleagues grow, embrace new experiences, and create wonderful memories in Tanzania as we move forward together toward a bright future.

During International Children's Day, Tanzania Branch prepared a community outreach activity, bringing school bags, stationery, and sports equipment to local students. The moment the children received their new school bags and looked up with bright smiles, every bit of effort behind the preparations felt worthwhile.
A road can transform how a city moves; a child’s dream can transform the future of a family. Every pencil, football, and gift we shared today may become a small starting point for a child to discover a bigger world.

Recently, Tanzania Branch formed a team to compete in the 13th Basketball Tournament of Chinese Enterprises Association (Tanzania). 🏀On the court, young CCCC employees gave their all for every attack and fought for every rebound, turning sweat into determination and teamwork into strength. Off the court, they continue to work hard side by side toward shared goals.
From the court to the workplace, the setting changes, but the passion, commitment and team spirit remain. The energy they build on the court carries into every step they take as CCCC builders working together overseas.

At Ndungu secondary school along the project route, young safety engineer Haruna from Branch stepped into the classroom to teach students about potential risks around construction areas and how to stay safe when walking near or crossing roads.
Facing a room full of young students, Haruna kept the lesson practical and easy to understand. Drawing on real situations from the construction site, he turned safety knowledge into simple, useful reminders that students could take with them.
From the construction site to the classroom, Haruna is using his expertise to help keep the project safe while bringing safety awareness to the surrounding community.

At our project sites across , have become a joyful part of life beyond work.
A match, a morning run, or a game — these shared moments bring colleagues from different backgrounds together. Through sports, everyone can relax, recharge, and build stronger connections through teamwork and communication.
Far from home, sports bring more than health and energy. They create a sense of connection and friendship among teammates. No matter where they come from, everyone shares laughter, sweat, and memorable moments, making life at the project sites more vibrant and enjoyable.

On , we pay tribute to farmers whose hard work and perseverance contribute to food security and national development.
For over 17 years, Tanzania Branch has been working alongside Tanzania, delivering infrastructure projects that connect communities, support economic growth, and create opportunities for local people.
Just like farming, infrastructure development requires patience, dedication, and teamwork. Together with our Tanzanian friends, we will continue to cultivate a future of shared prosperity and sustainable development. Happy Nane Nane Day!

In April, chef RIZIKI joined Tanzania Branch. To bring familiar hometown flavors to Chinese colleagues, she took the initiative to learn Chinese cuisine, from rice and home-style dishes to traditional Chinese pastries and noodles, continuously improving through practice.
Facing differences in taste and cooking techniques, RIZIKI actively sought advice from her Chinese colleagues, who were always willing to share their experience. Today, scallion pancakes, guokui, and handmade noodles have become some of her signature dishes.
Every meal is more than just a taste—it is a connection of hearts. Through cultural exchange and mutual learning, Chinese and Tanzanian colleagues have grown closer, allowing friendship to flourish amid the warmth of shared moments.

On July 22, more than 20 teachers and students from the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology visited the Jangwani Bridge project for a hands-on learning experience. Through site tours, technical briefings, and interactive exchanges, they explored the bridge construction process and connected classroom learning with engineering practice.
Project engineers shared insights into bridge design, quality control, and construction management. Many students said the visit deepened their understanding of modern bridge construction and inspired them to pursue careers in infrastructure development.
The project will continue to support practical learning and help cultivate local engineering talent in Tanzania.
