The solution for this type of problem is to follow the step by step procedure below:

a) Remove the whole plaster from the affected area.

b) Wash the area with pressurized water

c) Mix the following- 1 lt Fixit Super Latex + 1.5 Kg Cement (PPC) and apply it in a Horizontal direction and leave it for 6 hours and then apply in the vertical direction.

d) Now Plastering- 1 Bag Cement + 200 ml LW Fixit chemical and Left it for dry.

e) Putty- Mix 10 Kg Putty + 1 Kg Dr. Fixit Super Latex Chemical Mix + water in definite proportion. Make sure to apply 2 layers

f) Seal coat- prepares a mix of Super Latex 1 Kg + 2 Lt Water and finally applies where dampness occurs.

CLIENT – That’s too expensive for this job!

CONTRACTOR – I can’t do the job for so little.
