Another pool project coming together from the ground up! 🌊🔥

This job started with excavation to the required depth, followed by proper ground preparation and construction of the reinforced block walls for the pool structure.

We then continued with the necessary reinforcement, concrete works and backfilling around the pool area, making sure everything was properly supported and prepared for the next stage of construction.

Every project starts with a strong foundation, and that's exactly what this one was all about.😏This project takes you through the early stages of construction, where the real strength of a building begins.

We started by digging the trenches and footing excavations, creating the foundation layout that will safely support the entire structure. Next came augering and piling, where deep holes were drilled and reinforced concrete piles were installed to transfer the building's load to stronger ground below, providing added stability and long-term durability.

Once the piles were cast and cured, our team carefully tied and installed the steel reinforcement. The steel acts as the backbone of the concrete, helping the foundation resist cracking while adding the strength needed to support the weight of the structure for years to come.With the reinforcement in place, we prepared the foundation and decking by ensuring everything was accurately aligned, properly supported, and ready for the concrete pour. Taking the time to get these details right is essential because a well-prepared foundation leads to a stronger, safer, and longer-lasting building.

We carried out land clearing by removing vegetation and preparing the site for the next phase. We also completed cut and fill excavation to create safe, usable levels, followed by land grading and leveling to provide a smooth, even surface.

Slope cutting and benching were done to improve stability on the hillside, and the site was fully prepared for landscaping, gardening, and future development. We also constructed an access road to provide safe and reliable access for vehicles and equipment.
