Geçen yıl gittiğimiz Karadağ'ın (Montenegro) Kotor şehrinde, Eski Şehir girişindeki tarihi saat kulesi.

Kulenin hemen önünde duran piramit şeklindeki sivri taş yapı ise Pillory (Obelisk) olarak bilinen Utanç Sütunu'dur. Orta Çağ döneminde suçluların, hırsızların veya borçluların bağlanarak halka teşhir edildiği, ibret olması amacıyla kullanılmış tarihi bir ceza taşıdır.
