Which one are you choosing and WHY? Here’s a little description of each so you can gain inspo for your own home :)
Subtropical
Born in warm, humid regions, this style uses open layouts, breeze blocks, ceiling fans, and tiled floors to stay cool. It feels raw, functional, and effortlessly relaxed.
Kanso
A Japanese design principle focused on simplicity and the beauty of less. Kanso interiors feel clear and quiet, with very minimal furniture, natural materials, and nothing unnecessary.
Soft Brutalism
A gentler take on Brutalism. You’ll still see concrete and heavy forms, but softened with curves, warm tones, and light. It feels structured but never harsh unlike brutalism!

EL BORj — Guest House in Sfax, Tunisia
How can the architectural identity of Sfax be reinterpreted through contemporary architecture?
This is the central idea behind EL BORJ.
Inspired by the spirit of the traditional Borj of Sfax, the project translates its identity into a contemporary architectural language through restrained volumes, mineral materials, controlled openings, a central patio, Mediterranean vegetation and bioclimatic principles.
The goal is not to reproduce traditional architecture, but to reinterpret its essence through a contemporary vision.
A project built around three essential ideas:
Authenticity. Architecture. Experience.

Which one are you choosing and why? Here’s a little description of each if you’re interested ⬇️
Tropical Modernism:
A mix of modern architecture and tropical elements with raw materials, lots of greenery and an open airy feel
Mediterranean
Textured walls, natural stone, warm tones and curved shapes that feel calm and sunlit, this style is very much “do with what you have” which is what makes it so charming and characteristic.
Danish Pastel
Soft colors, playful forms and a blend of minimalism with a lighter more whimsical touch. Sometimes it can feel like minimalism meets maximalism.

one are you choosing and WHY? :)
Here’s a little description of each:
1. Usonian:
Frank Lloyd Wright designed these homes to be beautiful but practical. They’re full of warm wood, simple lines, and built-in everything. It’s minimal, but in a way that still feels lived-in and connected to nature. The whole point here was to use local materials and make affordable to everyone.
2. Shaker Style:
Shaker interiors are all about simplicity, intention, and craftsmanship. Everything has a purpose, nothing’s flashy, and it somehow ends up feeling incredibly calming. You can feel the care in every handmade detail. I love the combination of warm and cold materials here.
3. Streamline Moderne:
This style came right after Art Deco and brought in softer, curvier shapes. You’ll see rounded corners, lots of mixed tiles, and chrome accents everywhere. It feels very retro basically like a time capsule from the 1930s and 40s (also can feel very similar to Retro Institutional).

Projet en cours — Maison d'hôtes CH.A | Zarzis, Conception 2026

Quand l'architecture s'inscrit dans le paysage sans le dominer.
Nous sommes fiers de vous dévoiler un aperçu de la Maison d'hôtes CH.A, future adresse de caractère à Zarzis. Entre dômes, arches en plein cintre et pergola en bois sombre, ce projet s'inspire des formes vernaculaires du Sud tunisien réinterprétées avec une exigence contemporaine.
Un travail sur la lumière, les ombres portées et les matériaux locaux pour offrir une expérience immersive, calme et authentique.
