Supplies arriving for our next major Phuket Irrigation Systems project — and there’s a lot of pipe!
Over 2,000 metres of trenching and underground irrigation pipework will be installed across this project.
But a professional irrigation system is about much more than simply putting pipes in the ground. Every pipe diameter, zone, sprinkler and flow requirement is specifically calculated to achieve the correct pressure, precipitation rate and head-to-head coverage throughout the landscape.
Get the hydraulics wrong at the beginning and the system will never perform properly, regardless of the equipment you install.

Great to be invited back to Sika Thailand HQ for some hands-on refresher training with the Sika technical team.
As one of Phuket’s leading installers and users of Sika roof waterproofing systems, it’s important to us that our team continues to learn, train and stay up to date with the latest products, application techniques and waterproofing technology.

🔨 Phuket Property Solutions – Renovation Update
This renovation is really starting to come together now.
Three full bathrooms have been completely retiled, and today was grouting day — one of those stages that suddenly brings everything to life. The new tiles are sealed in, the lines are crisp, and everything is looking bright, clean and fresh.
Next comes the exciting part as the bathrooms start going back together — sanitary ware, fittings, cabinetry and all the finishing details that turn the construction work back into beautiful bathrooms.
We love renovation projects like this. Seeing the transformation happen day by day never gets old.

🏠 Phuket Property Solutions – Roof Project Update
Penultimate day on site — and the roof is now fully waterproofed.
Around 300m² completed in just two weeks, including extensive preparation, repairs, full fleece reinforcement and the complete waterproofing system.
Tomorrow we’ll be back for our final checks, detailing and finishing touches before packing up and handing the roof back.
A fantastic project and a huge transformation. Most importantly, this roof is not going to be leaking again.
300m². Two weeks. Fully waterproofed. 10-year warranty.

The transformation continues.
Today the team pushed ahead with the full fleece-reinforced Sika waterproofing system, with significantly more of the roof now completely reinforced and encapsulated within the liquid membrane.
This is a meticulous process — every section of fleece must be fully saturated and bonded into the system to create one continuous, seamless waterproof barrier.
After all the days spent repairing cracks, junctions and problem areas, we're now seeing the finished waterproofing system taking shape across the entire roof.
No shortcuts. Full reinforcement. Built for Phuket weather.
Another big step closer to completion.

ROOF WATERPROOFING – THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE DETAIL
Great progress today as the Sika full-roof fleece reinforcement continues.
This is where our system differs from many standard waterproofing applications.
We don’t simply roll or spray a waterproof coating over the roof. The entire roof is reinforced with Sika Fleece 80, embedded by hand into the waterproofing membrane — including around AC units, penetrations, upstands and every difficult junction.
It takes more material. More labour. More time.
But it creates one continuous, fully reinforced waterproofing system designed to last.
And after almost 10 days of preparation, you can now see it coming together.

ROOF WATERPROOFING – NOW FOR THE EXCITING PART! 🏠💧
Almost 10 days of preparation have gone into this roof before we've even reached this stage.
Why? Because a waterproof roof isn't created by simply painting a waterproof coating over the surface. The result is determined by the preparation and the details underneath it.
Every crack. Every junction. Every upstand. Every edge. Every potential weak point.
Now we're installing the Sika full-roof fleece reinforcement system, carefully embedding the membrane across the entire roof structure to create one continuous, seamless waterproofing system.
And look at the concentration of the team in these photos. This is why we don't believe in simply spraying waterproofing products across a roof and hoping for the best. Every square metre is worked by hand. Every detail gets attention. Every potential failure point is treated properly.
It takes longer. It takes considerably more labour. And it isn't the cheapest way to waterproof a roof.
But we know it works.

Project Update – The Fun Part Begins!
After weeks of demolition, structural alterations, rebuilding walls, electrical and plumbing installations, and all the other "behind-the-scenes" work that nobody ever sees, we've finally reached one of the most satisfying stages of the renovation...
The floor tiles are going down.
This is the point where the project starts to transform from a construction site into a home.
Every tile is being laid over a carefully prepared substrate, using laser levels, tile levelling clips and spacers to ensure a perfectly straight, level finish with consistent grout joints throughout.
The timber-look porcelain tiles are already giving us a glimpse of the finished design, and we can't wait to see the completed space come together over the next few weeks.
The messy work may not be the most glamorous, but it's the foundation that allows the finished product to look and perform exactly as it should.
Now comes the rewarding part—watching the vision become reality.
Stay tuned... the transformation is about to get really exciting.
