Not only to review design,
but also to proof its constructibility including functionality, materials, installation methods, work sequencing,
and the alignment between design intent and site conditions.
Starting mock-ups early
allows sufficient time for review, adjustment, and informed decision-making.
In reality, certain materials require re-approval, re-design,
and lead time for fabrication that cannot be rushed.
Instead, we choose to identify challenges early,
when time, cost, and quality can still be effectively controlled.
Because quality construction
is not defined by how well problems are fixed,
but by how thoughtfully they are prevented from the start.

วัสดุบางประเภทต้องใช้เวลาในการอนุมัติใหม่
ทำแบบใหม่
และมีระยะเวลาผลิตที่ไม่สามารถเร่งได้
ผู้รับเหมามืออาชีพ
จึงไม่รอให้ปัญหาเกิดในช่วงปลายงาน
แต่เลือก “เห็นปัญหาให้เร็ว”
เพื่อแก้ไขในจังหวะที่ยังควบคุมต้นทุน เวลา
และคุณภาพของงานได้ดีที่สุด
เพราะงานที่ดี
ไม่ได้เกิดจากการแก้ไขที่เก่ง
แต่เกิดจากการวางแผนที่รอบคอบตั้งแต่แรกเริ่ม
