To do this we train and empower our workforce to build with pride and a passion for excellence. Our staff are expert in at design and build, in construction methods, in project and financial management. Home Leone construction offer a wide range of other services such as metal work, carpentry

and the manufacture of Hydrophobic blocks, dalleting and hollows blocks including delivery to site. Because of who and what we are, we also create training and development plans for all of our staff. Home Leone construction has the team to deliver on its promises. We invest time and resources to ensure from the very start of a project we all understand what success looks like. From taking a brief, to producing drawings, plans and a bill of quantities, through to obtaining building consent, onto a range of construction phases to finally handing over the keys. Other services

For Local housing, on our twenty-five-acre village site, we build using more traditional local materials and sustainable and eco-friendly houses, we are forever innovating to help rebuild our nation. Tools & Equipment
Safety is one our key priorities and the right tools are used to carried out all jobs. We ensure tools are of the highest quality and accurate for our workers. We employ qualified surveyors, engineers and quantity surveyors to manage the work. In some cases, we need specialist heavy plant and we know what to use and where to use it when specifying our plant partners

Home Leone Construction build some of the most iconic buildings on the peninsular and we do this for NGOs, charities and schools so that they feel satisfaction in doing the work that they do in helping others. In the same way, HLC builds houses for its own beneficiaries, the slum dwellers of Freetown.
We are a small NGO achieving what everyone said could not be done. We build homes for slum dwellers who want to start a new life learning new skills and finding good jobs to support their families. We can only do this because we build good buildings for people like you.
We all know the problems of Sierra Leone and we all know the questions that remain unanswered, but HLC is tackling some of them one life at a time.
Today we have built a village with fresh potable running water, sanitation, and electricity in each home, with a growing academy school of more than 300 children, a health Centre and places to build businesses. We couldn’t have done this without people like you in organizations like yours. We have worked together to find a solution.
HLC is always looking for the next project. We are professional (but personable) and design great buildings. We offer great value and employ many European skills that we pass on to our apprentices and builders. Our hope is that we can work with you and people like you who want to make a difference in Sierra Leone.
