Customer Service & Content Manager (English native speaker)
Freebike is the technologically most advanced dockless electric bike sharing system in the world, currently operating in 6 cities across the globe (London, Prague, Trnava, Kuopio, Kelowna & Hämeenlinna) and expanding rapidly since its launch in 2018.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Prague as a Customer Service and Content Manager to supervise our bikesharing system in London.
As Customer Service & Content Manager you will be responsible for:
- communication with freebike's London customers
- managing our backend system and reviewing status of all ebikes
- reviewing rentals and payments/refunds
- informing users about upcoming news and development
- creating a content plan for our digital platforms
- co-operation with our production agency
What are requirements for this position?
- native English speaker & perfect written English (British)
- good problem solving skills on the go
- analytical approach
- experience with social media platforms & content creation (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Job details:
- you will be joining our global customer service team in our office at Vodňanská 1501, Praha 14 - Kyje
- expected start of the contract: July 2019
- office hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)
