More than a house. It’s a living system built to last a century.
Our newest project shows that modern living can be safe, calm, and in harmony with nature.

Built into the earth, this 221 m² home keeps a stable 21–24 °C all year without air-conditioning or heat pumps. It uses only 9.1 kWh/m², six times less than a standard A0 home.

Its monolithic waterproof concrete shell makes it naturally resistant to fire, floods, tornadoes, and earthquakes. The surrounding soil acts as insulation and protection, keeping the house silent, secure, and maintenance-free for over 100 years.

A green roof filters rainwater, cools the home, and can grow plants or food. Solar panels make it off-grid. Inside, passive chimney ventilation ensures fresh air without machines or noise.

While regular homes fight nature, Talpa House uses it, turning earth, sun, and rain into energy, comfort, and safety.

It’s not just a home. It’s a safe, self-sufficient space that protects you from nature and lives in harmony with it.

The house in the video is a catalog project called Top Home, which you can price right away and apply for a building permit. More details, including floor plans, can be found on our website talpahouse.com in the Projects section. Simply search “Talpa House Top Home” on Google.

If you’re looking for a home that combines an ecological approach, low operating costs, and maximum comfort, Talpa House is the ideal solution. Earth-covered houses offer several advantages that regular buildings simply can’t match:

✅ Energy savings: Thanks to the natural insulation of the earth, Talpa House maintains a stable internal temperature throughout the year. Heating is only needed for 90 days a year, which is 200% less than traditional homes.

✅ Ecological sustainability: Talpa House can be energy self-sufficient with significantly fewer solar panels. Rainwater is naturally filtered and can be reused, for example, in the garden or for flushing toilets.

✅ Maximum comfort: In Talpa House, you don’t need air conditioning, even on the hottest summer days. The massive concrete structure and layer of earth naturally cool the interior.

✅ Safety: The house’s structure withstands extreme weather conditions—from storms and strong winds to earthquakes and landslides. The roof is perfectly protected from falling trees and hail, so even strong winds won’t catch you off guard.

✅ Long lifespan and minimal maintenance: Since most of the house is covered by earth, its maintenance is minimal, and its lifespan exceeds 100 years.

With Talpa House, you gain an exceptional living space that protects you from the elements, saves costs, and allows you to live in harmony with nature. More details and floor plans can be found on our website. 🌿
