More than a house. It’s a living system built to last a century.
Our newest project shows that modern living can be safe, calm, and in harmony with nature.
Built into the earth, this 221 m² home keeps a stable 21–24 °C all year without air-conditioning or heat pumps. It uses only 9.1 kWh/m², six times less than a standard A0 home.
Its monolithic waterproof concrete shell makes it naturally resistant to fire, floods, tornadoes, and earthquakes. The surrounding soil acts as insulation and protection, keeping the house silent, secure, and maintenance-free for over 100 years.
A green roof filters rainwater, cools the home, and can grow plants or food. Solar panels make it off-grid. Inside, passive chimney ventilation ensures fresh air without machines or noise.
While regular homes fight nature, Talpa House uses it, turning earth, sun, and rain into energy, comfort, and safety.
It’s not just a home. It’s a safe, self-sufficient space that protects you from nature and lives in harmony with it.
