Natural Cool Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1993. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Natural Cool Holdings Limited, which is listed on Catalist in the Singapore Exchange. Natural Cool has 3 main divisions namely;
(1) Commercial Installation focusing on projects,
(2) Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (M&E) focusing on servicing and maintenance,
(3) Trading focusing

repairs of building services, which includes the following: ME01, ME02 and
