🏢 BIM Modeller (Plumbing & Sanitary Works)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
As a BIM Modeller, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Plumbing & Sanitary projects by:
Creating and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models using industry-standard BIM software.
Collaborating with Main Contractors, engineers, and architects to coordinate design models.
Reviewing plumbing and sanitary layouts and providing technical input.
Identifying and resolving design issues during the planning phase.
Supporting project management activities.
Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the team.
Keeping abreast of the latest BIM technology trends in the industry.
Performing any additional duties as assigned by the management.

🔹 Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling for plumbing and sanitary systems.

Site Supervisor (Plumbing & Sanitary Works)

Join ASK M&E PTE LTD and be part of our growing team in Singapore!

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

📍 Working Location: Singapore (Project Sites)
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience

🔧 Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities, workers, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress, quality, and productivity
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM & WSH regulations
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
• Attend site meetings and inspections
• Assist with material coordination and scheduling

📌 Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in Singapore
✔ Experience in Plumbing & Sanitary Works preferred
✔ Able to read construction drawings and specifications
✔ Familiar with Singapore construction practices, MOM & WSH requirements
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Possess BCSS / Work-at-Height Supervisor Course
✔ Able to work independently
