- Missing Check & Pressure Relief Valve Connections: Without proper drainage and check valves in a closed-loop system, hot water backflow can compromise your plumbing system.
- Pressure Testing: We verified the home water pressure at 2.4 bars to ensure the system operates safely within normal limits.

Are your home’s electrical circuits hiding a safety hazard? ⚡🏠
Here are 3 critical issues we look out for during an electrical safety inspection:
1️⃣ Circuit Overloading: For safe usage, electrical loads should ideally sit around 80% capacity. Pushing circuits to 100% max usage creates unnecessary risk.
2️⃣ Rating Mismatches: Pairing a 20A switch with a 32A circuit breaker—or using single-cable setups on high-amp breakers—can cause wires to overheat and burn out.
3️⃣ Water Heater Pressure: Water heater tanks usually last 5–10 years, but constant over-pressure can cause the tank to crack prematurely. Testing and proper relief valves keep them running safely!
