Conducting pressure test process, after the filter drier and sight glass was replaced.

We changed the filter drier and sight glass to flaring type instead of welding type, these to to ensured the refrigerant circuit is cleaned and smooth…..

We don’t encourage our client go back to the same type of 2 in 1 filter drier attached with sight glass.

We advice to our client to use stand alone accessories on the filter drier and sight glass as separately … as previous circuit that we did for the last year. This also to eliminate the leakage for future.

As a service provider, what is our scope of works when we maintains for all the refrigerant system ? I believe there’s no such standardization for measurement, everyone’s thought are different. As long as the methods benefit to you, it should be the right way ….

From my understanding in

Each time maintaining for CRAC or Chiller System, we should not take the operating data from the log sheet or cleaning internal or external base on surfaces value only, most importantly we need to understand what are the correct operating reading, each reading indicate the design value and tolerance limit based on different type of refrigerant. We also need to check all the refrigerant pipelines, joints, valves & tightening accessories whether got any oil stains and to ensure zero leak in the refrigerant circuit and in normal working condition.

Recently troubleshoot one set unbranded inverter air cooled chiller, only know that this tallguys came from Thailand 🇹🇭….
It happened for high pressure trigger during operating, feedback from my client.
When I was there to to the verification to the tall guys and found when chiller startup, condenser fan not working!
Understand from my client … this tall guys have been here for almost 3 years … only startup less than 50 times. Oh dear poor tall guys !
Surprisingly all the accessories/ parts installed on this tall guys are branded stuffs ….. !

I’m looking for ebmpapst EC Fan let me know if you have keep stock.

Extremely satisfying when this Air Cooled Modular Chiller is back in normal working condition.

When this system was down, no one could sleep well, especially the building owner, of course including me!

It happened last Saturday, during the monthly preventive maintenance service by , found the system to be faulty and reported it immediate.

Whoever involved at that time was not in good shape over the weekend, especially for the meeting of discussion for the HVAC system breakdown and parts sourcing and technical support from local agent or . No news from the at all!

Until the parts found and ordered direct from China factory @ foshan by shipped by air express it only take 2 working days to arrived Singapore!

Yesterday morning we replaced the parts for the chiller system and pre-commissioning the system by , we delivered our quality service and commitment to our client.

Thanks to my service team and friends who get involved in this critical time and stand with me and support me always, appreciated for your helped.
