Where does your renovation budget actually go? 🏠💰

Carpentry often takes up the largest share, but tiling, electrical works, plumbing and other essential works can add up quickly too.

While these percentages offer a general guide, every home is different. The final cost will depend on the property’s condition, material choices, design requirements and level of customisation.

A well-planned budget should also include a 5–10% contingency for unexpected site conditions or last-minute changes.
