The momentum of life as expedition leaders and bike tour guides is pretty wild. It’s restless, nonstop, and some days it feels like we’re just hanging on for the ride, but we’re definitely squeezing every last bit of fun out of every single day

We're off! Cycling to North Cape has been on top of my bucket list since 2018 and this year, combining guiding TDA Global Cycling | Bike Tours in over 80 countries 's "Road to Valhalla" and a bikepacking trip with great friends is the perfect way to make it happen!

The best is coming! Vamos!

my curiosity will probably end up costing me a lot one day haha

I'm inspired and reassured by the respect that Japanese people have towards eachother's belongings. It's like the concept of stealing doesn't even exist here.

How refreshing is it to not stress about leaving your things outside or your doors unlocked, about the fact that anyone can wonder the city's streets alone at any time of day and night and never have to glance over their shoulder

There's no doubt that Japan's safety is contributing to the touristic hype

My friend even threw away her bike lock while cycling across the country because she just doesn't ever need it here

Once again, one more thing to learn from the East!

The more I think about it, the more amazed I am by the existence of such an environment and how lucky we are to get to ride in this place!
